We’ll primarily communicate through email and Zoom. I also offer a free 30-minute discovery call to discuss your specific needs and establish the best way to work together.

With over 10 years of experience across various industries, I have a proven track record of handling client records and sensitive information with the utmost care and security. We’ll start with a discovery call where we’ll discuss your needs. Based on our conversation, I’ll outline a plan tailored to your business. From there, I’ll take care of the required tasks, keeping you updated daily and/or weekly along the way. And the process can always be revised if you feel something isn’t working for you.

7. What are your rates, and do you offer flexible plans?

I work primarily with WordPress, WooCommerce, and a range of tools including Photoshop, Canva, MailChimp, Kit, MS Office and Google Workspace. If you use other platforms, let me know, and I’ll see if I can accommodate them.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. I’ll communicate regularly to ensure we’re on the same page, and I’m always open to feedback to adjust or improve my work as needed.
